This policy explains how Golden Leaf Digital Technologies (“we”, “us”), which organises the Practical AI for Doctors workshop on behalf of Dr. Sachin Patil, collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or register for the workshop. We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.

Data we collect

• Registration details you enter on this website: name, email address, WhatsApp number and professional role.
• Payment page details you enter on Razorpay: name, email address, phone number, city and speciality.
• Payment details are collected and processed directly by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank credentials. We receive the payment status, amount and payment reference.
• Questionnaire answers you submit in the pre-workshop questionnaire (Google Forms).
• Messages you send us, for example on WhatsApp or by email.
• Usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, videos played, device and browser type, approximate location and referring campaign, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use it

• To register you for the workshop, confirm payment, add you to the workshop WhatsApp community and send joining instructions and reminders.
• To notify our workshop team of new registrations, including registrations where payment was not completed, so that we can help you finish registering.
• To tailor workshop content using the pre-workshop questionnaire.
• To respond to your queries and handle registration issues.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools to understand how visitors use the site and to measure our advertising. When you register, your email address and phone number may be shared with Google and Meta in hashed (irreversibly encoded) form to match registrations to ad campaigns. You can block cookies in your browser settings, opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage Meta ad preferences in your Facebook/Instagram settings.

Who we share data with

We share data only with the people and service providers who help us run the workshop, and only as needed:

• Dr. Sachin Patil, the workshop speaker, to deliver and tailor the session.
• Razorpay, to process payments.
• Telegram: when you submit your registration details, your name, email address, WhatsApp number, role and referring campaign are sent to a private Telegram group used only by our workshop team.
• WhatsApp (Meta), for the workshop community. Other community members may be able to see your name or number, depending on WhatsApp’s settings.
• Google (Forms and Analytics) and Meta (advertising measurement).
• Our website hosting and video-conferencing providers.
• Authorities, where required by law.

Some of these providers may store or process data outside India. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

We keep registration and payment records for as long as needed for the workshop and to meet legal and tax requirements (generally up to 8 years for financial records), after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, withdraw consent, or nominate another person to exercise your rights, by contacting us. You may also raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and payment is handled on Razorpay’s PCI-DSS compliant platform. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

Children

This workshop is intended for adult healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
