Registration, Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to registrations for the Practical AI for Doctors workshop. Payments are collected by Golden Leaf Digital Technologies through Razorpay.

Before you register

Please confirm your availability for Sunday, 25 October 2026, 3:00 PM–5:00 PM IST before registering.

Cancellations by participants

Registration fees are non-refundable, including if you are unable to attend or experience technical issues on your side. Registrations cannot be transferred to another person or another session.

Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule it, you may attend the new date or request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.

Failed or duplicate payments

If your account was debited but registration was not confirmed, or you were charged twice, contact us with your Razorpay payment reference. Verified duplicate or failed payments are refunded in full.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. Banks may take a further 5–7 working days to credit the amount.

Delivery

This is an online service. Joining details are delivered digitally via the workshop WhatsApp community and/or email after successful payment.
