These terms apply to your use of this website and your registration for the Practical AI for Doctors: Patient Education Videos & Digital Twins in Healthcare workshop organised by Golden Leaf Digital Technologies on behalf of Dr. Sachin Patil. By registering, you agree to them.

The workshop

Registration & payment

Payments are collected by Golden Leaf Digital Technologies through Razorpay. Registration is confirmed only after successful payment. Each registration is for one named participant, and you must provide accurate contact details. Refunds, cancellations and transfers are governed by our Registration & Refund Policy.

Delivery of the service

The workshop is delivered online; nothing is shipped physically. Joining instructions and reminders are shared in the workshop WhatsApp community and/or by email before the session. You are responsible for a stable internet connection, a compatible device and up-to-date software. Third-party tools demonstrated (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, HeyGen) are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability.

Professional responsibility

The workshop is for professional education only and does not constitute medical, legal or regulatory advice. Do not enter identifiable patient information into public AI tools. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content and for complying with consent, privacy, disclosure and professional-conduct requirements, including applicable National Medical Commission guidelines, before any professional use.

Intellectual property

Workshop materials, presentations and content are proprietary and for your personal, non-commercial use. Recording, screen capture, redistribution or resale of the session or its materials is not permitted without written permission.

Conduct

We may remove participants from the session or community for disruptive, abusive or unlawful conduct, without refund.

Cancellation or rescheduling by us

If we cancel the workshop, you will receive a full refund. If we reschedule it, you may attend the new date or request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement. Details are in our Registration & Refund Policy. Content and tools covered may be adjusted to reflect product changes.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to the workshop is limited to the registration fee you paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
